Schedule: Weekend Shift | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 5:00am-5:30pm

Education Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification required.
- Technical training in CNC programming, machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred.
- Ongoing training in CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and manufacturing processes is valued.
- 1-3 years of CNC programming experience or 5+ years of CNC machining experience required.
- Experience using CAD/CAM software to create CNC programs from 3D models and engineering drawings preferred.
- Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming required.
- CNC milling programming experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and blueprint reading abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling materials and tooling as required.
- Ability to safely operate CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and flexible schedules to meet production demands.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a production environment.
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software from 3D models, blueprints, and engineering documentation.
- Develop efficient machining programs, select tooling, calculate speeds and feeds, and support process planning.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure quality and production requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, material, and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished parts, identify defects, and maintain compliance with quality standards and tolerances.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and productivity.
- Operate CNC equipment as needed, support preventive maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records, support safety and quality objectives, and assist with employee training and knowledge sharing.
