Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Monday – Thursday

Education Requirements- High school diploma, GED, vocational certification, or equivalent technical training required.
- Additional coursework or training in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, industrial maintenance, or related trades is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- 1-3 years of experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, construction, mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a related industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of CNC router setup, operation, troubleshooting, and basic CNC programming concepts.
- Experience using precision measuring tools, inspection equipment, and quality control processes preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, mathematical ability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities and flexible scheduling needs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Capable of safely lifting, carrying, loading, and moving materials and finished products in a production setting.
- Ability to operate machinery, handle tooling, and work around moving equipment while following all safety procedures.
- Must maintain visual accuracy for inspections, measurements, and quality verification tasks.
- Operate, set up, and monitor CNC routing equipment using approved programs, blueprints, and manufacturing work instructions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate machine setup and production output.
- Gather materials, prepare tooling, load and unload machines, and safely transfer products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform machine offset adjustments, routine equipment maintenance, tooling inspections, and troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections, verify dimensional accuracy, and communicate production or quality concerns to leadership.
- Record production, labor, and material usage in company systems while maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, productivity goals, workplace organization, and safety best practices.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality products on time in a CNC manufacturing environment.

What You Will DoAs a CNC Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
A CNC Operator produces precision parts through the operation of advanced CNC machining equipment. This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy throughout every stage of the machining process.
The CNC Operator combines blueprint interpretation, machine setup, tooling knowledge, and precision inspection techniques to manufacture quality components. Successful candidates understand the importance of consistency, safety, and attention to detail.
