We’re currently seeking dedicated CNAs for our skilled nursing Healthcare Center at Luther Acres (Lititz, PA) on a casual basis. We understand that flexibility is important, so we’ve designed a casual/PRN CNA opportunity that offers two unique tiers with premium compensation, letting you choose what works best for your lifestyle.

• Paid Premium Rate
• 2 shifts per month
• 1 Holiday per year
• Includes Shift/Weekend Differentials and Holiday Pay

• Paid Premium Plus Rate – highest PRN hourly rate offered; ideal for highly flexible, experienced CNAs
• 4 shifts per month
• 2 Holidays per year
• Includes Shift/Weekend Differentials and Holiday Pay
