Lititz – Skilled Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant Weekend Shift

The CNA Weekend Incentive Program at Luther Acres is designed to compensate a nursing team member for committing to a rigorous regular weekend work schedule by paying a significant incentive rate of $32.00 per hour. The program requires the individual to commit to two, 12‑hour shifts, 48 hours biweekly. This position will be regularly scheduled on weekends for a 12‑hour shift.
