We understand that flexibility is important, so we’ve designed a casual/PRN LPN opportunity that offers two unique tiers with premium compensation, letting you choose what works best for your lifestyle. Details of the casual/PRN positions are listed below:

• Paid Premium Rate
• 2 shifts per month
• 1 Holiday per year
• Includes:
  Shift/Weekend Differentials, Holiday Pay

• Paid Premium Plus Rate. Highest PRN hourly rate offered; ideal for highly flexible, experienced LPNs.
• 4 shifts per month
• 2 Holidays per year
• Includes:
  Shift/Weekend Differentials, Holiday Pay

Luther Acres – located in the charming, historic town of Lititz – is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a long history of providing excellent care and services. It is part of Luthercare, which is a not‑for‑profit, faith‑based, and mission‑driven organization. Luthercare provides a network of services through its full continuum of care with two communities in Lancaster County. With nearly 600 residents, Luther Acres offers independent living cottages and apartments, personal care apartments, and a skilled nursing Healthcare Center.
