As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to provide leadership, ensure quality resident care, and support a positive, team‑focused culture.
Responsibilities include:- Provideclinicalleadershipandsupporttothenursingteam.
- Leadandsupportinfectionpreventionandqualityinitiativesthatpromoteoutstandingresidentoutcomes.
- Ensurecompliancewithfederal,state,andorganizationalregulationswhilefosteringacultureofclinicalexcellenceandcontinuousimprovement.
- Coach,mentor,anddevelopnursingstaff.
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithresidents,families,physicians,andinterdisciplinaryteammembers.
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licenseandCPRcertification.
- Minimumoftwoyearsofnursingleadershipexperienceinlong-termcare.
- Strongknowledgeoffederalandstatelong-termcareregulations.
- Excellent leadership,communication,coaching,and relationship-building skills.
- Experiencewithelectronichealthrecordsand Microsoft Office .
- Bachelor of Sciencein Nursing (BSN).
- Fiveormoreyearsofnursingleadershipexperience.
- Experience with Point Click Care .
- Infection Prevention Certification .
