Moravian Manor Communities is a premier not-for-profit life plan community in Lititz, PA that has been serving older adults for 50 years. We are currently seeking caring, dedicated, and experienced LPNs to join our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Personal Care teams!

• 3rd Shift- Full-time & Part-time (Skilled Nursing)
• 1st Shift- Full-time (Personal Care/Assisted Living)
• 3rd Shift- Part-time (Personal Care/Assisted Living)

• Assessing residents
• Communicating and implementing changes as needed to provide the highest level of resident care

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) and be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Must be CPR certified
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Long term care nursing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of MDS
