Landis Communities in Lititz, PA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Personal Care team on the 2nd shift. This full-time role covers 72 hours biweekly with shifts from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM, every other weekend and every other holiday.
You'll work with the Household team to develop and update care plans, monitor residents, administer medications, document changes, and communicate with families while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
