Kadima Health and Nursing at Lititz is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Lititz is to offer quality care to our residents, providing a loving and compassionate environment and attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

The purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by the supervisor in accordance with facility policies and applicable federal, state, and local standards.

• Day‑to‑day resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for the residents.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
