Quality Assurance Engineer I (Temporary - 3 Months)*
* Lititz/Lancaster, PA |  Full-Time |  $24-$33/hour

** Overview*
* We are seeking a  
** Quality Assurance Engineer I
** for a  
** 3-month temporary assignment** , ideal for a  
** recent engineering graduate
** looking to gain hands-on experience in quality systems and manufacturing. This role will focus primarily on  
** administrative quality support and First Article Inspection (FAI)
** activities.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform and document  
** First Article Inspections (FAI)*
* + Provide administrative support for quality processes and reporting

+ Assist with contract and requirements reviews, quality planning, and compliance with AS9100 standards

+ Support nonconformance tracking, corrective actions (FRACAS), and customer complaints

+ Provide general quality support for circuit card assemblies, cables, and electro-mechanical products

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (recent grads encouraged to apply) or equivalent QA experience

+ Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

+ Exposure to technical drawings, measurement tools, or basic electrical concepts is a plus

** Additional Details*
* + 1st shift | 9/80 schedule

+ Primarily administrative and inspection-focused work

+ Occasional off-hours or travel may be required
