Piper Companies is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support an industry-leading global consumer healthcare organization. This role requires onsite availability in Lititz, PA.
Responsibilities- Track investigations and CAPAs to ensure timely completion
- Maintain investigation metrics and prepare status reports
- Support customer complaint investigations and documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Assist with quality system documentation and compliance activities
- 1–2 years of experience in a quality or regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer healthcare, food, or related industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Pay Rate: $25-28/hr.
- Long Term Contract
