Location:

Lititz, PA

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Schdule:
Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Join the team as a Quality Control Inspector in Lititz and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong.

Job Duties
  • Inspect incoming materials and components to verify compliance with blueprints, drawings, and quality specifications.
  • Measure dimensions and verify hardware and material requirements using precision inspection tools.
  • Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or products for corrective action.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, material identification tags, and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure material compliance and availability.
  • Keep inspection areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
  • Participate in training, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Follow company procedures and complete additional quality-related duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and product specifications.
  • Basic math skills required for measurements, calculations, and dimensional verification.
  • Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, assembly, maintenance, manufacturing, or a related mechanical field.
  • Experience using inspection and measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, and other precision instruments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hardware, fasteners, materials, and shop practices.
  • Ability to identify dimensional discrepancies and nonconforming materials.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shop environment.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing inspections throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely handle materials, components, and inspection equipment.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and production demands.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
