At Pilates Addiction, we're looking for someone who loves connecting with people just as much as they love fitness. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first smile members see when they walk through our doors and the person who helps turn curious visitors into lifelong members.

This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, positive, motivated by goals, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

• Welcome every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships with prospective members and confidently sell memberships that fit their goals.
• Guide potential members through studio tours and answer questions about our services.
• Help retain members by creating an exceptional experience and building lasting connections.
• Assist members with scheduling, account questions, and studio policies.
• Promote and sell retail products.
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Become knowledgeable about all things Pilates Addiction and confidently share our brand and culture.

• Friendly, bubbly, and naturally enjoys talking with people.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and Pilates.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• A strong communicator who can build trust and relationships.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience using Mindbody or other scheduling software.
• A passion for fitness or Pilates (experience is a plus, but not required- we'll teach you!).
