Security Officer Shopping Center Overnights

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and policy violations;
Monitor for issues such as suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, loitering, and potential loss prevention concerns and communicate observations according to site protocols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed;
Support a professional presence at the location by assisting with access control, directional assistance, and customer interactions while helping to deter security-related incidents
