As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Visitor Verification in Lititz, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour
- All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is crucial for roles that require driving as part of job responsibilities.
- Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is important for maintaining security protocols within our facilities.
- Proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204) is required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to navigate software applications and perform tasks efficiently on digital devices.
- CPR certification is mandatory for certain positions. Training will be provided free of charge by Allied Universal (B205). Candidates must complete this training prior to commencing employment.
- A background in customer service (B219) is essential for roles that involve direct interaction with clients or customers. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and report unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel.
- Document patrol activities, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security‑related observations in clear, accurate reports.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
