Compensation & Perks

• $25–$39/hr base pay

• Monthly performance bonuses: $500–$5,000

• Total earnings: up to $130K/yr

• Install HVAC equipment: removal, installation, duct repair/replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal)

• Perform soldering, venting, refrigerant recovery/charging, leak detection, and system testing

• Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure code compliance

• Walk customers through system operation to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• EPA Universal Certification (preferred)

• HVAC installation experience required

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
