Responsibilities:- Prepare, place, and finish concrete for commercial projects
- Screed, edge, hand float/trowel finish, and trowel machine concrete to achieve a smooth, flat, and durable finish
- Read site conditions and work with the crew to ensure proper timing and finishing techniques
- Assist with forming, site preparation, and job site setup as needed
- Work as part of a team to keep job sites organized, efficient, and respectful of customer property
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets Crouse Concrete expectations for craftsmanship
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- 2+ years of trowel machine finishing experience.
- Must have personal smartphone for time tracking and communication with team
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with loading tools and equipment
- Must have driver’s license and transportation to get to work
