Haller is actively hiring right now for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Residential Services team in Exton, PA.

We're growing quickly and need another skilled technician who can step in, serve homeowners with confidence, and deliver high-quality work from day one.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Work on heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, ductless systems, geothermal, and more
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
• Identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns
• Work independently in the field with full support from our team
• Provide guidance and share expertise with junior technicians

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools
• Professional customer communication skills
• Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail

• $30-$35/hr DOE
• Commission, spiffs, and daily overtime pay
• Company vehicle (take-home) + gas card
• PTO starts immediately (3 weeks/year)
