As an Excavator/Plumber, you support safe, accurate site preparation for plumbing and construction work by operating excavation equipment and coordinating with the crew to keep projects moving. It is important to note that this position is Safety Sensitive, emphasizing our commitment to the well-being of our employees and customers. This position pays $30-$35 per hour DOE.
What You Will Do:- Review the day's dig plan
- Walk-around inspection before equipment is moved into position
- Coordinate with the foreman to stage machinery
- Confirm access points
- Keep work area organized
- Be alert for overhead and fall hazards
- Operating excavators, skid loaders, and backhoes
- Completing excavation support tasks such as back filling and rock breaking
- Transporting equipment to and from job sites
- Completing pre-operation checks, documenting issues, and arranging needed adjustments or repairs.
- You will follow digging plans, machine specifications, and all General Construction and Haller safety protocols

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Ability to read excavation plans and follow instructions
- Strong Mechanical, problem-solving, and safety awareness skills
