Experienced B

S & A Paint and Repair | Lititz, PA

Tired of Being Rushed Through Repairs?

S & A Paint and Repair is hiring an experienced B- or A-Level Collision Technician who wants to work in a professional shop where technicians are supported, repairs are properly planned, and craftsmanship still matters.

We are not a corporate collision center.

We are not a high-volume shop built around pushing vehicles through as quickly as possible.

We are an independent, locally owned collision repair facility with a clean, air-conditioned shop, modern equipment, organized processes, and a team that respects the skill behind the work.

What Makes S & A Different

At S & A, you will not be treated like a number or expected to make up for poor planning. Our repairs are blueprint-driven, our team follows OEM repair procedures, and our technicians receive the information, equipment, and support needed to complete their work properly.

You will work directly with owners and team members who understand collision repair and value technicians who take pride in their craft.

What You’ll Do
  • Completing panel replacement, metal repairs, welding, and bodywork.
  • Following documented OEM repair procedures.
  • Working from a complete repair blueprint.
  • Using frame equipment and electronic measuring systems.
  • Repairing modern vehicles constructed with advanced materials.
  • Communicating with estimators, parts, and production team members.
  • Taking ownership of your work from teardown through repair completion.
  • Maintaining an organized and professional work area.
Who We’re Looking For

This position may be a good fit for you if you:

  • Have at least three years of hands-on collision repair experience.
  • Are currently working at a strong B-Level or A-Level skill level.
  • Understand that modern collision repair requires research and proper planning.
  • Respect OEM procedures and manufacturer requirements.
  • Communicate well and contribute to a team environment.
  • Want a stable, long-term position without corporate burnout.
  • Appreciate working in a clean, organized, air-conditioned facility.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay based on demonstrated experience and ability.
  • 100% employer-paid health benefits.
  • Paid training and certification support.
  • Clean, air-conditioned shop.
  • Modern repair equipment and technology.
  • Organized, blueprint-driven repair processes.
  • Early Fridays—work ends at 1:00 PM.
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
  • Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
  • If you are an experienced collision technician looking for a professional shop where your skills will be respected, we would like to meet you.
