Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Provide administrative support to department managers and staff members
- Track equipment and supplies, manage purchasing and shipping processes
- Edit and maintain existing documents and databases
- Assist with inventory tracking and procurement activities
- Utilize software tools to generate reports and analyze data
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and reporting functions
- Experience with vendor software programs such as ARIBA and Docusign is helpful
- Knowledge of SAP Purchasing and Inventory Management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
