The Impact Partnership Manager plays a central role in advancing Kids In Need Foundation’s (KINF) mission by managing and growing a portfolio of national and regional corporate partnerships. This role ensures that each partnership delivers mutual value, strong stewardship, and measurable impact while aligning with organizational priorities.
The Impact Partnership Manager serves as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, supporting engagement opportunities, overseeing fulfillment of partnership commitments, and providing consistent communication and impact reporting. By understanding each partner’s business goals and community engagement priorities, the Impact Partnership Manager builds trust, long‑term, mission‑aligned relationships that strengthen KINF’s impact and support partners’ social responsibility objectives.
Key Responsibilities Partner Stewardship & Retention- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, fulfillment, and renewals.
- Develop and execute customized annual partnership growth plans outlining recognition, activation, and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate consistent touchpoints, partner visits, and mission‑connected storytelling to strengthen relationships.
- Serve as the bridge between the client and internal teams while providing smooth communication and problem‑solving.
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion (e.g., additional markets, product tie‑ins, cause marketing, or employee engagement).
- Collaborate with Marketing & Mission Impact to connect partners to meaningful activations.
- Support new acquisitions efforts through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Marketing and Mission Impact teams to ensure partner deliverables are clearly defined throughout engagement.
- Provide strategic recommendations that balance KINF’s organizational goals with each partner’s business and philanthropic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to confirm scope, timing, and fulfillment details for partner activations, ensuring alignment with partner expectations.
- Monitor progress and maintain visibility through Salesforce and shared dashboards, providing timely updates to external partners as needed.
- Support post‑activation review by capturing partner feedback and contributing to internal debriefs that inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Comms to produce impact summaries, reports, and recap decks tailored to each partner’s objectives.
- Track financial performance, activation metrics, and partner satisfaction.
- Support budgeting and forecasting tied to account performance and renewal likelihood.
- Partner with the Communications Manager to align messaging, brand voice, and campaign storytelling.
- Collaborate within IP team to identify growth opportunities and new acquisition through prospect research, lead qualifying and referrals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements- Seven years of progressive professional experience
- Five years in a management‑level role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- CRM/ data tracking experience;
Salesforce preferred
- Relationship management and customer success orientation

- CRM/data tracking (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience managing and stewarding high‑value custom accounts
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- May perform frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel for events
- $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
