Dura Mark Technologies in Westfield, IN or St. Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative to be the main contact for assigned customer accounts and to ensure accurate order processing and timely communication across internal teams.
You will support Account Managers with daily activities, review orders and pricing, and help customers get set up on our portal. Net Suite experience is preferred but not required as we closely customize our ERP environment.
