Required

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

    Preferred Certification:
  • PMP certification

    Required Skills and Experience
  • 3-7 years of project or program management experience (up to 10 years acceptable)
  • Experience supporting operations, execution-focused, engineering, utility, construction, or infrastructure-related programs
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to pull, analyze, and interpret data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience preparing project documentation and status reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and self-management skills
  • Experience tracking project financials, schedules, and deliverables

    Preferred Skills
  • SAP experience
  • Business Intelligence and dashboard reporting experience
  • Data visualization tools experience
  • Technical, engineering, or construction-related background
  • Experience building executive-level presentations
  • Change management experience

    Job Duties
  • Support the Inside Meter Move-Out (IMMO) program
  • Drive program execution and coordination across multiple functions
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Gather updates from stakeholders and project teams
  • Manage reporting, documentation, and program communications
  • Monitor project financials and overall program performance
  • Coordinate activities between scheduling, design, construction teams, gas utilization groups, and contractors
  • Prepare project documentation and status reports
  • Develop project plans and drive project milestones
  • Establish communication plans with project teams and stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
  • Ensure project teams receive support and resources necessary to achieve objectives
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality measures
  • Facilitate effective change management throughout the project lifecycle

    Typical Day
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders to collect project updates
  • Follow up on missing or delayed information
  • Update reports, metrics, dashboards, and project documentation
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership
  • Track project financials and project progress
  • Manage administrative and coordination activities supporting program execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors
