Q3 Contracting currently has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Specialist in Little Canada, MN.

• Perform field audit functions.
• Complete daily documentation of field audits and evaluations.
• Assist with employee training and qualification functions.
• Investigate and report accidents and incidents.
• Engage directly with crew activities in the field.
• Provide training and instruction to field employees on job sites.
• Provide input to management.
• Evaluate employee/crew performance relating to PDS, customer standards, best practices, and safety policies.
• Assist in developing performance objectives and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Travel throughout the region as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s in a related field desired.
• Three years of related experience in construction.
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to identify noncompliant performance and assist Operations with implementation of corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor when interacting with all customers (internal/external).
• Comfortable working in an environment with changing demands, delays, and unexpected situations.
• Willingness to work physically demanding tasks in the elements.

Compensation: $32‑$38 per hour (DOE).
