We are expanding our engineering presence in the Minneapolis‑St. Paul region and are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a fully on‑site, collaborative setting.

This position is 100% on‑site at our Minneapolis‑St. Paul facility. No remote or hybrid work is available.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the design, optimization, and validation of advanced mobile mechanical systems used in demanding industrial and oil & gas applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving, mechanical creativity, and building equipment that performs reliably in high‑pressure, high‑load, and high‑cycle environments.

• Design & Development — Engineer mobile mechanical systems including hydraulic equipment, lifting systems, and field‑service machinery
• Performance Optimization — Improve reliability, efficiency, and durability for harsh operating conditions
• CAD Modeling — Create detailed CAD models and drawings using Inventor (preferred), Pro‑E, or Solid Works
• Prototype & Validation — Test, refine, and validate equipment to meet API, ASME, and internal quality standards
• Troubleshooting — Diagnose field issues, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with design, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver robust, field‑ready solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial equipment
• Proficiency in Inventor, Pro‑E, or Solid Works
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, power units, and mechanical assemblies
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through deployment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and technical reporting skills

• 100% On‑Site at our Minneapolis‑St. Paul engineering facility
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams, fabricators, and field technicians
• Occasional travel (:10%) to customer sites and fabrication partners
