Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role also supports and coordinates data integration between Salesforce, Net Suite, and other systems using Mule Soft.

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
• Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows.
• Manage sandbox environments, testing, release planning, and deployments.
• Maintain technical and process documentation.
• Support administration and coordination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including user access, data extensions, and integrations with Salesforce.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to support campaigns, journeys, and data synchronization.
• Assist with troubleshooting data flow and campaign‑related issues.
• Ensure alignment between CRM data and marketing automation processes.
• Coordinate with vendors or internal resources for advanced Marketing Cloud configuration.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing hygiene.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership, development, marketing, and operations.

• Support and oversee data integration between Salesforce and Net Suite using Mule Soft.
• Define and document data flows, field mappings, and integration requirements.
• Monitor integrations for errors and coordinate troubleshooting and resolution.
• Support testing and validation of integration enhancements.

• Provide Tier 1‑2 Salesforce user support and issue resolution.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training.
• Promote best practices for data entry, reporting, and system usage.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in systems administration, IT support, or related technical role.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Working knowledge of Mule Soft or similar integration platforms.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
• Experience supporting Salesforce–Net Suite integrations.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience in small to mid‑sized organizations with cross‑functional responsibilities.
• Familiarity with data models across CRM, marketing automation, and ERP platforms.
