• Process daily emails and phone calls.
• Schedule and dispatch crews to job sites.
• Process requests for jobs at odd hours.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

7:00 am – 4:30 pm.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ clerical/administrative experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including email.
• Comfortable and effective in a dynamic environment with changing demands and unexpected situations.
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal or external).
