Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Finisher/Inspector at our Little Canada, MN plant. The perfect candidate would be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is easily adaptable, and is excellent at multi-tasking.
The ideal candidate would be able to work Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-10:00pm. During training, hours would be 8am-4:30pm.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing printed and cut jobs for shipping to customer.
- Review and follow the job ticket
- Ensure the job meets the customers' specifications and requirements (determine correct finishing method – weeding, punching, or roll inspecting, correct pack or roll amount, pack or roll type, keep different parts separate, inspect according to documented processes or methods, work on rush parts first if needed, routing to quality assurance, shipping, inventory, weekly staging, or downstream departments)
- Ensure all parts in each pack meet specifications and are counted correctly
- Ensure finished goods are accurately put into stock inventory
- Complete sample file folders on a daily basis
- Help to maintain proper inventory levels of materials
