Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will be responsible for translating consumer, customer, competitive, financial, and performance insights into commercial strategies that accelerate profitable growth across Trilliant Food & Nutrition's brands, customers, and channels.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Growth Management, this role will help lead the organization's approach to pricing, price-pack architecture, promotion strategy, trade investment, assortment, and mix optimization.
The Senior Manager will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Business Units, Commercial Planning, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities, develop recommendations, and measure results.
Success in this role is defined not by the amount of analysis produced, but by the quality of commercial decisions and measurable business outcomes generated from that analysis. Performance is measured through improvements in net revenue realization, gross margin, trade productivity, promotional ROI/incrementality, pricing realization, assortment/mix productivity, customer economics, and realized value from identified RGM opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop recommendations for pricing and price-pack architecture across brands, products, channels, and customers.
Evaluate consumer value, competitive pricing, elasticity, margin requirements, and customer economics.
Model volume, revenue, margin, and mix implications of alternative pricing strategies.
Identify opportunities to optimize pack sizes, price points, channel architecture, and customer-specific pricing.
Measure marketplace response to pricing changes and recommend adjustments.
Develop promotional strategies across customers and brands, including optimal depth, frequency, timing, mechanics, and SKU participation.
Partner with analytics to evaluate lift, incrementality, cannibalization, post-promotion effects, ROI, and profitability.
Identify inefficient promotions and recommend opportunities to eliminate, modify, or redeploy investment.
Establish pre-event expectations and use post-event learning to continuously improve future promotional plans.
Develop customer-specific promotional guardrails and strategies.
Trade Investment & Customer Economics
Evaluate trade investment across customers, brands, programs, and activities.
Partner with Finance and Sales to understand customer-level economics and gross-to-net performance.
