Job Title

The City of Jarville-la-Malgrange is recruiting an animation assistant (M/F) to ensure the coordination and management of after-school and extracurricular activities within the framework of the Territorial Education Project (PedT). Under the authority of the after-school coordinator, extracurricular activities, PedT and as the operational reference of a collective reception center for minors (morning, midday break, evening), you will support the animation team in implementing the pedagogical project.

You will ensure the educational quality of the reception, the physical and emotional safety of the children, and the respect of the current regulations. You actively participate in the organization, planning, and animation of after-school and extracurricular times (Wednesdays and holidays). You contribute to the concrete translation of the educational orientations of the community, the implementation of the pedagogical project, and the evaluation of the activities carried out.

You support the team in the development of projects, the identification of children's needs, including those with specific needs, and promote the coherence of educational practices. In close collaboration with the coordinator, you participate in administrative procedures (CAF, TAM) and ensure the application of hygiene and safety rules. You also animate the relations with families and institutional partners, facilitating dialogue, consultation, and the implementation of shared educational projects at the territorial level.

You hold a BPJEPS with experience in directing a stay. You have a good knowledge of the regulations of collective reception centers for minors, the rhythms and needs of the child, as well as hygiene and safety rules. You have real relational qualities, you anticipate needs and work transversally with educational actors. Driving license B required.

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
