Operations Finance Cost Analyst II

Operations Finance Cost Analyst II – provides overall financial support to Excellerate & Product OEM.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years related finance experience.
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule:
  
  Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

• Manage accurate, timely, and complete data supporting reporting and analysis.
• Lead the facilitation of Excellerate’s financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in budget planning, facilitation, and consolidation.
• Lead ongoing improvement and innovation of Excellerate's processes, procedures, and tools.
• Facilitate accurate inventory management and transactions.
• Analyze Excellerate financial results, monitor variances, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Identify project financial status (risk and opportunity) by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Lead ad hoc projects in support of creating value and efficiencies.
• Develop new and actionable reporting, driving value through operational decision making.
• Participate in the month-end close process and complete assigned month-end reporting.
• Provide proactive financial analysis that delivers insight and helps drive better business decisions.
• Facilitate provoking conversations and employ problem solving techniques to provide options, alternatives, and recommendations on budgets to department leads.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
