Located in Little Chute right off of I‑41.

The operator role entails operating production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment. The operator is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high‑quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment and performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork and data entry; assisting in packaging area and cross‑training on other machine operation duties; coordinating production scheduling or BOM changes; keeping production area clean and orderly, and assisting in providing training or direction to other production line employees.

• All positions require a high school diploma or GED.
• Post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Food processing or packaging experience.
• Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred.
• Self‑directed and personally motivated.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Good team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Good attendance and performance track record.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• 3+ years of food production and/or machine operating experience.
• Good knowledge of and/or passion for learning about coffee.
• Strong general mechanical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety and food quality standards is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good interpersonal and service skills at all levels internally and externally.
