This is a full-time, on-site role for a Press Operator at our facility located in Little Chute, WI. The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses, monitoring production for quality control, performing necessary pre‑press preparations, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Duties will also involve adhering to safety standards and optimizing production efficiency through effective machine operation.

• Expertise in Machine Operation, including operating and maintaining printing equipment.
• Strong Quality Control focus to ensure all printed products meet high standards.
• Knowledge of Printing and Pre‑press processes to efficiently handle production setups.
• Problem‑solving skills for effectively troubleshooting technical or mechanical issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is desirable but not required.
