Nestlé USA-Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring for 3rd Shift Team Leader positions. This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it s a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Here, you ll gain invaluable experience in our processes while honing your management skills.

• Shift Details: 3rd shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Compensation:
  Starting at $32.97, Plus 1.50 shift differential per hour
• Work Schedule:
  
  12-hour shifts
• Benefits:

As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments.
• Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management.

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:

  Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience:
  
  Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset:
  Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.

• Maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and safety practices.
• Adapt communication styles to suit various audiences.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere by coaching and supporting individuals for peak performance.
• Build relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication.
