Job Overview
Processing Production Worker – 5 days a week, 8‑hour 2nd shift (2:30 pm–10:30 pm). Pay starting at $22.92 per hour.
Location:
Little Chute, WI.
Responsible for preparing ingredients, inspecting cheese, and ensuring proper batching in accordance with formulas. Assists with additional tasks in the processing department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- General Duties
- Consistently follow all standard operating procedures, ensuring appropriate machine settings, reporting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Meet established KPIs.
- Accurately complete production paperwork, weights, measures, and reporting.
- Identify issues, problems, and opportunities and develop solutions.
- Apply technical skills and procedures to perform complex tasks in the area of expertise.
- Assist in various areas of the processing department.
- Remove adulterated cheese such as mold or mush to protect finished product.
- Maintain proper batching per formula.
- Inspect raw cheese for quality as required for batching.
- Properly rotate and use all raw cheese and trim.
- Manage inventory of raw materials as necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Follow all safety rules and procedures, ensuring safety for self and others.
- Follow environmental protocols applicable to the job.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety procedures.
- Maintain a sanitary and safe work area; perform housekeeping duties as required.
- Detect hazardous conditions and report or correct them promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous work experience in a food manufacturing facility (preferred).
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Accurately perform all duties with a sense of urgency.

Hourly position represented by Teamsters Local Union 662. Standard operating hours Monday‑Friday, 1st shift 5:30 am – 2:30 pm, 2nd shift 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm. Overtime may be required (Saturdays) with regular Sunday overtime for Sanitation department.
