Lake Air Products in Little Chute, WI is seeking a 2nd shift Team Lead in a metal manufacturing setting. You will lead manufacturing departments, drive KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost), and guide staff through process improvements and ISO compliance.
The role requires 2–4 years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in sheet metal, with ERP experience (Kinetic) and MS Office skills. Shift is Mon-Thurs 2:45pm-12:45am; $1.50 shift diff.
