Verify pizzas have the correct nutritional labels and stickers applied, ensuring labels are present, accurate, and readable;
Perform routine metal detector (LOMAS) tests to ensure equipment functions properly and food safety standards are met;
Conduct product weight audits using computerized systems to confirm pizzas meet specification requirements;
Set up, operate, program, monitor, and tear down labeling and metal detection equipment;
Inspect products for quality issues and properly box, label, and document damaged or rejected pizzas
