The Production Team Member role entails assisting in supporting a production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment. The Production Team Member is responsible for assisting the Machine Operator and/or Assistant Machine Operator in ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment and possibly performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork and data entry; cross-training on other machine operation duties;

and assisting in providing training or direction to other production line employees. The Production Team Member may also act as an Assistant Machine Operator from time to time.

• Keep production area clean and orderly
• Visually inspect product and packaging
• Move material and supplies to and from production area
• Ensure accurate counts
• Add materials to manufacturing equipment
• Sorting and performing rework
• Responsible for following food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/quality/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager
