Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People – Best Teams. We are looking for experienced powder coaters to join either 1st or 2nd shift at our Little Chute, WI facility.
Position Summary
The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing, powder coating, and finishing a variety of components in accordance with quality standards and production requirements. This role works independently and collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily output, quality, and safety objectives while supporting overall operational goals.
- Apply powder coating to components on manually operated lines as well as batch booth applications.
- Set up equipment for proper application of coating.
- Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application.
- Guide coworkers to prep parts properly.
- Maintain equipment and keep work area in order.
- Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications.
- Inspect parts after coating is complete.
- Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed.
- Complete all paperwork accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous powder coating experience.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment is preferred.
