Overview
The Faith Apprentice I is responsible for electrical and specialty systems installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, applying the National Electric Code (NEC).
Minimum Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred - Experience:
Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship – Level 1 - Travel: 60–75%
- Work Schedule:
Between the hours of 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday (may vary based on customer demands and may include nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
- Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
- Performs wire and cable pulls.
- Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
- Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
- Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
- Maintains compliance with company policies.
- Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, and customer‑specific safety requirements.
- Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
- Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
