The ACC & Compliance Coordinator supports the Operations Manager by overseeing the architectural review (ACC) process, coordinating homeowner modification requests and appeals, and enforcing community covenants and compliance standards. This role works closely with homeowners, Board members, and committees to maintain community standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process homeowner architectural modification applications.
- Coordinate Modification Committee meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and communicate decisions.
- Conduct property inspections to verify approved modifications and covenant compliance.
- Issue and manage covenant violations, fines, and follow-up actions in accordance with Association policies.
- Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in CINC.
- Support homeowner and committee education on architectural guidelines and governing documents.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Board of Directors, and committees to resolve compliance matters.
- Assist with community events and other operational projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year of related administrative, compliance, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CINC or HOA management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform outdoor inspections in varying weather
- Availability for occasional evening meetings
