Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time position supporting students during the New School Year (NSY) in Little Elm, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and assessments.
• Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to develop effective intervention plans.
• Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Support crisis intervention and behavior management strategies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations and documentation requirements.

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active Texas School Psychologist certification/licensure.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational team.
