Montessori Lead Teachers -3 & 3-6

Doecreek Montessori (Little Elm) and Acepire Montessori (Frisco) are looking for Montessori Lead Guides for Pre-Primary (2-3yrs) and Primary (3-6yrs )classes .

• Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum for children in the 3-6-year-olds.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care
• Create engaging and educational activities to promote child development
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate lesson plans and activities
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information

• Strong knowledge of curriculum development for Montessori. Must have Montessori Certification.
• Experience in preschool or childcare settings
• Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
• Understanding of child welfare regulations and best practices
• Excellent classroom management skills to engage and educate young children
• Ability to promote literacy education through age-appropriate activities
• Experience working with diverse groups of children, including those with special needs
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
