We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our new wellness spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be proactive, goal-, sales- and action-oriented, knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a new and growing holistic wellness team.

• Assist with developing, testing and enhancing body work protocols
• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
• Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
• Maintain accurate records of each session
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Ensure a clean and safe facility
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
• Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, pain relief, and maternity massage modalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
• High level of ethics and integrity
• A passion for helping people look and feel their best
• Dual Esthetics license is a plus but not required
• Base Salary plus 100% tips (Guaranteed first 30 days)
• Profit sharing plus 100% tips (Percentage of services completed)

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
