• Support the doctor by preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with coding for billing purposes.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance patient service experience.
• Ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations.

Candidates should possess:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the team.
• Knowledge of coding practices related to patient care is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly within hospital settings, is highly desirable.
