• Uses InSync for EMR documentation,

Job Requirements

• Active Texas PTA license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure during the assignment,

• Current BLS certification required,

• SSN required for consideration,

• 1 professional reference required for consideration,

• License required if applicable,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler,
