We are looking for a high-energy IT Business Development Associate with a proven hunter mindset to drive new logo acquisition and direct client relationships
. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully sold IT and AI services, understands enterprise buying cycles, and thrives in a hands‑on, office‑based sales environment
.
You will work closely with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities, open doors, and convert prospects into long‑term direct clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively hunt and acquire new direct client logos across industries leveraging IT and AI services.
- Identify and pursue decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) within enterprise and mid‑market organizations.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Establish direct MSAs and vendor relationships with end clients (not MSP-only channels).
- Work closely with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Position RSA Tech’s offerings in Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, ERP, Data, and Software Engineering
. - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Leverage existing relationships while continuously building new executive-level connections.
- Represent RSA Tech professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client technology roadmaps.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Prior experience with IT Consulting firms, System Integrators, or MSPs
. - Demonstrated success in direct client acquisition and new logo hunting
. - Strong understanding of IT and AI service offerings and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and commitment to work on‑site in Little Elm, TX
.
- Existing enterprise client network or warm relationships.
- Experience selling multi‑service IT solutions rather than single‑skill staffing.
- Exposure to multiple industries (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, etc.).
