Position Summary
We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Little Elm, 75068. Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities available.
Patient's Requested ScheduleNight Shift (7p-7a):
Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
$22–$33/hr depending on license and experience (LVN/RN).
Major Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Collaborate with care team and family
- Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically
- Active Texas LVN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
