What You’ll Do:

• Lease apartments like a pro — from first call to signed lease.
• Meet and exceed leasing and renewal goals (you love a leader board).
• Greet prospects with confidence, qualify leads, and show off our beautiful apartments in the heart of Old Town.
• Handle resident inquiries, rent collection, and follow-ups with care and professionalism.
• Keep models spotless, files clean (yes, most everything is online!), and your desk guest-ready.
• Complete applications, process paperwork, and follow fair housing standards.
• Partner with the team to support reports, events, inspections, and day-to-day tasks.
• Stay in-the-know on comps and market trends to keep us ahead.

You’ll Crush This Role If You:

• Thrive in a sales-focused environment — and love to win.
• Keep a closing ratio of 50% or better.
• Have strong communication and people skills.
• Are organized, responsive, and detail-driven.
• Know Yardi, Bluemoon, and Fair Housing (or can learn fast).
• Are comfortable with light physical tasks (showing units, walking grounds).
• Show up with a great attitude and a desire to build something special.
